Mor Milaga is also called as Butter Chilli Fryums, which is one of the condiments in South Indian cuisine. Get good quality chillies and separate the spoiled ones once. Clean and wash and pat dry with a cloth. When dry, separate it and soak it in buttermilk. Let it dry outside until it is completely dry.
